PV Flix has a clear refund policy works with, and it's policy depands on the subscription plan our client bought: 

1. if you bought 3 Months subscription you got 24H Guarantee.
2. if you bought 6 Months Subscription you got 48 Hours Guarantee.
3. and if you bought 1 year subscription you got 7 days guarantee.

the refund process will be taken withen 24H and the money will be send back to your bank wallet withen 7 days based on your bank account company.
